Beautiful quality! Exactly the colour I wanted it to be :)

Unfortunately my collar did not fit my dog - and there was nothing offered to me to help with the situation. Poor customer service in my opinion. There are hundreds of vendors that would do an exchange or modification even for semi custom products.

I also think the hardware used on the collar and leash is very heavy and might not be the most comfortable for the dog. The quick release clasp on the collar is also faulty and does not release instantly. For the price I paid for both items and the fact that none of this is refundable, I don’t recommend shopping here.

Really well made, look great

We are SO happy with our purchase! We have a Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever, and have been searching for a waterproof collar of sorts for a little while. After finding nothing in-stores, we looked online and found GoodWolf. The colour options are such a wide variety, and getting to choose your hardware and other elements really makes this a custom experience. Knowing that our boy's collar was being hand-made by a Canadian business, and for such a reasonable price, we felt so great that we hadn't just gone with another big box store option (which wouldn't be nearly as durable, nor look the way we wanted). The processing time was quick, and shipping took no time at all (we're in Ontario).

Overall the collar fits perfectly (thankful for the detailed measuring instructions in the FAQ!), the colour is true to what you see online, the hardware is substantial so it doesn't feel like it might rust or break at any point, and after using it for a few weeks it's remained clean (no smell at all) and super durable.

I will be recommending this brand and all of their products to other dog owners, and hope to purchase more styles in the future!
