Returns/Exchanges - As we are a small shop and hand make each item to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges on items that are received in the correct size, colour and condition that you ordered. However if you’re unsure about sizing, please read the handy sizing guide listed in our FAQ section before ordering! If you’re still not sure, feel free to send us a message, we are more than happy to help you find the perfect fit the first time around. If there is an issue or defect with your item, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us, we stand behind our gear 100% and will always correct a mistake if made on our end.

Damages and issues - Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
