SIZING INFO - Measurements are based on where the holes are placed on the collar. So the large for example, is listed as fitting 16-19 inches, which means that there are holes placed evenly at 16, 17, 18 and 19 inches around. We generally recommend that you choose a size that will fit your dog on one of the middle holes, so that there's a little wiggle room on either side for coat and weight changes. If you don't see a good fit for your pup from our standard sizes, please message us about custom sizing! If your pup is little enough to fit into our small, the 3/4ths widths will likely suit them best, as they are lighter weight for delicate necks.

This collar is fantastic. Well crafted and the material seems to be pretty sturdy. I bought the 1 inch this time and plan to try the 3/4 inch mayringale for the next one.

My dog accompanies me on work trips to the field, so I was looking for a biothane collar that would handle creeks and briars well. I have a rivet tag that I'll install, so he's got identification that won't snag on anything when he's a 'wild dog'. His color is green, and I'm happy to find a collar that matches his other gear. I love the brass hardware too.
The collar is quite heavy on the hardware side, which pulls the collar down to his throat (which then pulls the connector and transitional headcollar), so we'll stick to his lighter nylon martingale collar for walks in the city.
